Who can use Likestage?

- To register and use Likestage the minimal age requirement in Germany and in the most EU Countries is 16.

- For many countries outside from the EU the minimal age requirement is 13.

- For all countries (independently if the country is in the EU or outside the EU) with a different minimal age requirement as stated above, the specific age requirement of your country is the only one that is applicable.

- Potential registered accounts with an incorrect age may be disabled or deleted.

- In addition to the minimal age requirement of your country, you agree not to publish or disclose any private or confidential information about yourself (or about any third person) in your profile.

Information that should not be published is for example: First and last name, birth date, home address, private email address, private mobile or phone number, bank or credit card details, ID or passport details, password.

Is it for free?

- Yes it is for free and available as Web Browser App for Smartphones, Tablets, Laptops and Desktops. Also available for free as Android and iOS Apps.

How can I register a new account?

- You need a username and a valid email address to register.

- After registration you will receive a validation link by email.

- In case you do not receive the email, please check to ensure your email address is correct and eventually check your spam folder.

- Username:

Your Likestage-Name (Pseudonym) should not include your full first and last names, your birthdate or your email address.

- Further a few examples of words that are not allowed as username: Words with illegal, inappropriate, offensive, sexual, pornographic, violent content.

What about data protection?

- Privacy is a very important topic for us, and we comply with the EU Data Protection Regulation.

- We also use regular backups to save the data we process.

- To help ensuring constant quality around data protection, you agree not to publish or disclose any private or confidential information about yourself (or about any third person) in your profile.

- With Likestage you don’t connect with strangers but people you are currently at the same place with face to face, or people you have already met face to face or crossed paths with. The right chemistry and natural sympathy are mostly the main motivation while making connection with other members. Nevertheless, we advise to be careful in case if somebody is asking you for confidential data (for example such as ID or passport details, bank or credit card details, money transfer, password).

- Data that are collected by Likestage but not released publicly: First name, last name, birthdate, gender, emails address, geolocation. This data is required for authentication and validation purposes, and for complying with legal requirements, preventing and fighting against illegal activities, and for protecting your privacy if need be.

PROFILE MANAGEMENT

Profile picture

- You have the possibility to add a picture to your profile.

- Pictures with illegal, inappropriate, offensive, pornographic, violent content are not allowed.

Change or reset password

- If you forget your password, you can request a new one by using the link on the login page. You will receive an email to validate and reset your password.

Deactivate or delete account

- You can deactivate or delete you account at any time.

- After deactivation you will still be able to access into your account, but you will no longer be able to search and connect with other members.

- After deletion you will no longer be able to access into your account.

In compliance to legal obligations and for preventing or fighting potential illegal activities, information may be kept for a certain period before it is completely and permanently deleted.

STAGE-SHOW

What is Stage-Show?

- Your individual stage. Your individual show. You can publish short shows about things that you like, or about things you like to do.

- You have a talent, good tips or recipes. You like to recommend parties or fashion highlights and trends. You like to tell more about your activities, hobbies, creations, private collections etc. You like to give some insights into positive things you have experienced. You have an idea or a project you want to share with others. Stage-Show is for you.

- Stage-Shows can be searched and looked up by Likestage members in real time and in real position from everywhere they are.

Is the Stage-Show Account for free?

- Yes, registering a basic Stage-Show account is for free.

- As an extra feature, every 2 weeks you have the possibility to refresh the timeline of your Show. This is an optional paid feature.

How can I register a new Stage-Show Account?

- To register a new Stage-Show account, you need a valid email and a Stage-Show username.

- Words with illegal, inappropriate, offensive, sexual, pornographic, violent content are not allowed.

CENTFLOW DONATION-CROWDFUNDING

Who can collect money online with Centflow Donation-Crowdfunding?

- You can create a project page and raise money online if you are at least 18 years old.

- Start your project

- Create and publish your project page with a banner, a description, images, and a target amount.

- Promote your idea and project page

- Share the link and Project-ID (Centflow-ID) with your family and friends, at school or university, at work, with club members, with business partners, with customers, in the neighborhood and / or on social media.

- Share the Project-ID via email, messenger (e.g. Whatsapp, Telegram, etc.), SMS, phone, as well as on social media and YouTube.

- Everyone can easily register for free and contribute to your project with money (members over 18) and with points (all members).

Who can support projects with money?

- You can support projects with financial contributions if you are at least 18 years old.

- The monetary contributions are non-refundable gifts (monetary donation).

Who can support projects with points?

- All Likestage members can support projects with points.

- Point contributions show how popular a project is and give the author motivation.

How do I accept monetary contributions (money payments) directly through my project page?

Accept payments with a Stripe-Account

- With an account from our payment provider Stripe, you can receive financial contributions directly from your project page. Stripe is one of the world's largest and most secure payment service providers for online platforms.

- Linking a Stripe account and payment processing through Stripe are available to Likestage members in the following countries: https://stripe.com/global.

Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hong Kong, India, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Canada, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, New Zealand, Netherlands, Norway, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Switzerland, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, United States, United Kingdom, Cyprus, Gibraltar, Liechtenstein.

- Money payments for your project page will only be activated after Stripe has verified your identity. For verification it is necessary to provide the following information to Stripe:

- Your personal information such as first name, surname, date of birth, house address, email address

- Mobile phone number

- A copy of your ID

- A copy of another official document as proof of your home address

- Information about your bank account details so Stripe can transfer the collected money from your Stripe-Account to your bank account

- Likestage only have restricted access to the information you store with Stripe.

How safe is my money?

- Monetary contributions for your project page are paid directly to your Stripe-Account* and automatically transferred from Stripe to your bank account after 7 working days** (from the day the money was received).

* Depending on the payment method and the authorization time from the contributing bank, it may take a few days for the funds to be transferred to your Stripe-Account. Especially for payments on weekends or public holidays.

** After payment into your Stripe-Account, funds are held by Stripe for 7 working days for insurance purposes and then transferred on the subsequent automatic payout.

- You can view your current Stripe-Account balance at any time in your Likestage Stripe-Dashboard using the Stripe-Account Link.

- Likestage only has restricted access to your Stripe account.

- For additional help or questions about Stripe, please contact Stripe support via this link: https://support.stripe.com/contact/login.

What are the fees?

- Our fees are:

- 3.9% per transaction (incoming payment for a monetary contribution).

- This includes Stripe processing fees + Likestage fees for maintaining and developing the platform.

- Example calculation:

- On November 1st, your project page receives a monetary contribution (donation) of € 1000.00.

- On November 1st (or a few days later), € 961.00 are paid to your Stripe-Account*:

1000€ - 39€ (3.9% of 1000€) = 961€

- 7 working days after receipt of payment in your Stripe-Account € 961 are automatically transferred from Stripe to your bank account:

- YOU GET € 961.00

Accept payments without a Stripe-Account

- Linking a Stripe-Account is not available in your country? You also have the option of receiving financial contributions offline. You communicate directly with possible supporters and receive monetary contributions from them outside of Likestage platform. You can add the progress in your project description as a text update at any time.

- For a secured and legally compliant processing of payments, we recommend sending and receiving monetary contributions only with a money transfer provider for electronic money processing. Services from money transfer providers include fraude detection and customers protection against illegal activities.

- Secured transfer service providers for electronic money processing will verify your identity before you can send or receive money worldwide.

How do I protect myself from fraud?

For project sponsors

- Do not send money directly to someone without trusting the person or carefully reviewing project submissions.

- Do not send money directly to any person (private person, company, or association) if the project page shows a country where a Stripe-Account can be opened. First, ask why the project page did not apply for a Stripe-Account.

- If necessary, check the address and identity of the person (author, company, or association).

- Do not put yourself under pressure for sending money directly to someone claiming an urgent need for donations and suggesting an immediate cash donation via money transfer. Give yourself time to think and examine the situation and, if necessary, speak to one or more familiar people about it before making a final decision.

- Also outside of your Likestage platform, be generally careful if anonymous, stranger, or unknown people contact you by email, post or telephone and urgently ask for donations via money transfer. Check the situation carefully as described above in the previous recommendations.

For project authors

- Do not pay or send any money in advance to a person for alleged fees, taxes, shipping costs or duties, so that the person can then send you a larger monetary contribution for your project page.

- Travelling abroad? Search and find Likestage members from your home country.

- Search and connect with new friends from any country.

- This is an optional paid feature.

Important notice: You can only see the Homeland information from Likestage members who have posted/published information about their Homeland. While travelling other members can only find you based on your country if you have posted/published information about your Homeland.
